2. how can I reserve for a group ?

A deposit is necessary in order to secure your group reservation corresponding to the 20% of the tour value; with the balance payable 10 days before departure.

4. how do I find starting place of a tour ?

Joining instructions using the latest technologies will be automatically emailed to you right after your online booking or 48 hrs the latest for offline bookings. We always include a mobile phone number of one staff of our company that will be in charge of your reservation and that will be available for you 24/7.

5. how can change or cancel a reservation ?

If you need to amend or cancel a shore excursion you should contact us by email up to 7 days before. For the rest of our services you can read in our website or ask for our cancellation terms. Kindly read them carefully and come back to us for any clarification that you may need. 

6. how much time does it take to get an answer after I have contacted you?

we aim to respond to your emails within 24 hours of receipt, although during peak times, national holidays and weekends we may need a little longer to reply.

7. up until when can I book ?

You can secure your shore excursions by booking up to 7 days before the service date, the latest. After this time frame online bookings will not be available but you can always request for a tour within this time frame, by email(subject to availability).

 

8. what happens after payment of a service online?

After payment you will receive an automate reply mentioning all the services you have paid as well as details on your reservation. In addition, especially for shore excursion bookings, this reply will include meeting point instructions, mobile phone of the person in charge ectr. If for some reason you will not get this message after payment you are kindly asked to contact us.

9. do I benefit an insurance cover ?

Insurance cover is obligatory in Turkey during bus transfers. Our buses are fully insured. During the rest of the tour participants are strongly advised to buy their own insurance or buy our public liability insurance. For more details about our insurance cover please do not hesitate to contact us before any booking.

10. which currency will be charged to my credit card ?

Our services are priced in EUROS (€) – if your card is issued based on a different currency the exchange rate used is determined by the credit card company.

11. are children's discounts available ?

Infants up to 2 years old staying in their parents lap, are free of charge. For the rest of our services please let us know your children’s age and we will inform you for any discounts applied.

12. do I risk to miss my ship during a shore excursion ?

No. All our shore excursion schedules are based on cruise ship timings.We also suggest passengers to verify a minimum time frame of 45’ before/after an excursion. We never had such an incident in the past. In case that you miss your ship though and this is because of us, we will pay you the cost of your transfer to the next port that your ship will be calling.

13. what is the tipping policy ?

Tipping is optional. For satisfied customers an average of 2-3 € per person/day is fair enough.

15. are there any minimum age requirements ?

For most tours, there is no minimum age for children as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. Guests under the age of 18 years cannot participate without a parent or guardian except if a waiver is signed by the parent or guardian in our presence.
