You tour starts with your meeting with the guide at Izmir port and you will be driven though the Turkish countryside to Ephesus.

As you arrive in Ephesus, you will pass through the Magnesian Gate and begin an educative stroll through the Roman ruins. Your route takes you past the Odeon, the Celsus Library, the Temple of Hadrian, the Fountain of Trajan and the Great Theater. The Roman theatre is perfectly –preserved and holds a capacity of almost 24.000 people.  It is even open to the audience until today for the spring cultural festival.

The next halt of the sightseeing is scheduled at the Terrace houses , built for the Roman, rich families. The Terrace houses were two-floored and equipped with heating system and warm water. They were decorated with mosaics and frescos made by local artists.

You tour will be completed with a visit a the House of Virgin Mary, a small church that is believed to have been built over the last residence of the Mary. The House is Kusadasi,  has been recently announced by the Pope as the original resting place of hers.
